he Spanish Institute of Puebla provides Spanish immersion instruction. It was completely remodeled this past summer, so it now possesses the latest teaching equipment and materials and state-of-the-art facilities. The classrooms are air-conditioned, with ergonomic adjustable chairs, large desks, overhead projectors, and fluorescent lights.
The school offers a multimedia computer lab that features the latest software packages, and VCR/TV combos so students can watch Spanish movies from the institution’s great selection of movies.
Of course, the Spanish Institute of Puebla provides free Internet access. The school also has a video/projection room that is equipped with the latest theater-style audio system and a Big Screen TV.
The room is used for special presentations and for classroom viewing of videos or movies.
Students can relax in two lounges, which feature purified water as well as refreshments and snacks.

Located about sixty miles southeast of Mexico City, Puebla was established by the Spaniards in 1531.
It served as the principal city of colonial Mexico.
It was planned from the ground up by a Spanish city designer rather than being built within an existing Indian community. For this reason, Puebla possesses a very “European” feel and look to it.
The Spanish Institute of Puebla is near the famed Cathedral, the Zócalo (main plaza), the theater, the market, several museums, colonial churches, the library, the Post Office, and many restaurants and cafes.
